Bagnoregio & Bolsena

First-class trip of the Semester!

Visited Italian cities close t0 Orvieto. The first place we saw was Civita in Bagnoregio! This city sits on a pedestal only accessible from one footbridge. The foundation deteriorates 1cm every year. Some of the houses belong to the owner of Nutella and the manager of Gucci. Next, we saw Bolsena, here we got to see Italy's largest volcanic lake with black sand, the Basilica of Saint Christina and the Underground Catacombs where there are still some bones of people, the Museo Territoliale Del Lago Di Bolsena, and Castello Rocca Monaldeschi where we got on the roof to view the city from above. We got to see many different 360 views of some of Italy's most beautiful spots.
